BOB ROBERTSON

Managing Director

Bob Robertson is the founder and Managing Director and has over 25 years of experience in international trading, marketing and commercial property. His experience includes four years as Chief Executive Officer and a Director of TV Media Holdings Limited, an international media company operating in Asia, the United Kingdom, the United States, Russia and South Africa.

For the past 11 years, as Managing Director, Bob has initiated, delivered and participated in a wide range of property transactions and has specialised in all aspects of commercial property investment, development and management throughout New Zealand. Bob’s experience has included the development of residential community projects, resorts, estates, apartments, commercial and retail premises and fully master-planned community developments. Bob’s experience also extends to the management and development of deer farms and safari parks in New Zealand.

Bob won the Ernst & Young Master Entrepreneur Award 2007 and is a member of the New Zealand Business Roundtable.

PAUL CROFT

Chief Financial Officer

Paul Croft has over 10 years of experience in the commercial finance industry. Prior to joining Infinity Investment Group in May 2009, Paul was based in London where he was Assistant Portfolio Manager for UBS Global Asset Management, managing the UBS (Lux) Euro Value Added Real Estate Fund. Paul has held a number of financial management roles at UBS, including financial controller for the Real Estate – Euro Core Fund, and was senior fund accountant for UBS’ flagship UK fund (UBS Triton Property Fund) which managed commercial properties worth over $1.5 billion sterling. Paul was instrumental in establishing and creating the European real estate accounting platform for UBS.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and a Graduate Diploma in Finance. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds an Investment Management certificate.

JEN ROBERTSON

Executive Director

Jen Robertson has enjoyed over 25 years in international trading, marketing and commercial property. Her varied experience includes several years in the diplomatic service for the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs, before becoming co-founder and Director of TV Media Holdings Limited, an international media company operating in Asia, the United Kingdom, the United States, Russia and South Africa.

For the past 11 years, Jen has delivered and participated in a wide range of property transactions, including residential community projects, resorts, estates, apartments, commercial and retail premises and fully master-planned community developments. Jen has also been instrumental in the development and management of the Group’s deer farms and safari parks. Jen holds a BA from the University of Singapore.

MARC BRETHERTON

General Manager

Marc Bretherton has over 10 years of experience in resource management and planning for local government and private companies, and has managed a number of high profile commercial and residential development projects throughout the South Island of New Zealand. Marc also has management consultancy experience in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

As General Manager and an Executive Director for Infinity Investment Group, Marc has managed and participated in a wide range of property transactions, and successfully led the planning and development teams for Pegasus Town and other Infinity projects. Marc holds an Honours degree in Commerce and a Masters degree in Regional and Resource Planning, and is a full member of the New Zealand Planning Institute, the Resource Management Law Association and the Urban Land Institute.

JOHN BEATTIE

Executive Director

As an Executive Director for Infinity Investment Group, John Beattie specialises in development and infrastructure projects for the Group, with a strong resource management focus. John has over 30 years commercial experience and is a former Chairman of the Hanmer Institute Limited, a General Manager of Brierley Investments Limited and a co-founder of Genesis Research and Development Limited, a listed biotech company. Currently John is a Director of a number of Infinity Group companies, including Pegasus Town Ltd and Riverstone Holdings Ltd (the monorail concession applicant). John was also a partner in national law firm Kensington Swan. John was a Trustee of the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) for over 22 years and is a Trustee of the Malaghan Institute of Medical Research, the Life Education Trust, the Mount Aspiring College Foundation, the Southern Lakes Arts Festival Trust and Sustainable Wanaka. John is chairman of the NZ Diabetes Foundation and the NZ Sports Hall of Fame.

HETTY VAN HALE

Communications Manager

Hetty Van Hale has over 23 years experience in corporate communications, marketing and event management. Hetty’s experience includes several years as Information Manager for Brierley Investments, Communications Manager for Carter Holt Harvey, Marketing Manager at Treble Cone Ski Resort and Communications Manager for Queen Mary Hospital and the Hanmer Clinics. Hetty is responsible for the creative execution of Group marketing campaigns, media liaison and group sponsorships. Hetty holds a BA in Linguistics and a post graduate Diploma of Information Science. She is a Trustee of the Southern Lakes Arts Festival Trust and a past board member of Wanaka Wastebusters, Mt Aspiring College Foundation and Lake Wanaka Tourism.
