Full finance, administration and treasury function with strong project finance skills and systems. Managing 23 operating companies. Proven understanding of the development funding lifecycle and excellent relationships with funders and joint venture partners.

Full project management
End to end in-house project management skills giving the ability to manage multiple projects at varying stages of completion at any one time.

RMA and planning
Proven ability to obtain RMA and planning consents for a variety of projects. Strong in-house skills on strategy combined with ability to manage specialist consultants as required.

Master planning
Sound master planning ability shown over a number of projects of varying scale and complexity. Tried and tested ability to see the wider context of a particular master plan ensuring harmony with its surrounds.

Communications, marketing and production house
Comprehensive in-house communications, marketing and production team. Excellent understanding of public relations, media relationships, marketing and production management.

Sales team – REINZ registered

Strong project sales ability, specifically sales launch and agency management skill sets.
